There were too many aphids on the rose stem to get a fully shape shot. But the macro lens gives you a completely different view from what you can see with your eyes. I was amazed at the variety of colours among the aphids. I used an aperture of f/14 with a shutter speed of 1/200 sec. and ISO 640. The use of the flash gave better definition than not using flash as the location was dark.
