This juvenile goldfinch was in a flap wanting mum to feed it quickly. It has been a real treat seeing a flock of juvenile goldfinch at my feeders. Some braver than others.
This photo was taken through my kitchen window with my 100-500 mm RF lens on my Canon R6. I had my usual shutter speed of 1/1000 and an aperture of f/8. Auto iso came to 1600. The image is cropped tight on the right hand side because unfortunately the birds were very close to the metal frame holding the perch and the cable ties.
