For the last few years I have been very lucky to have a pair of blue tits using one of my nest boxes. This year because a tree in the garden has grown significantly the box is obscured so it is not possible to see the activity from the kitchen window. A new brood hatched and the juveniles appeared in the garden to be fed by the tired parents. This guy was particularly focal waiting on a bit of grub.
The usual back garden bird photography settings were used with a shutter speed of 1/1000 sec. with an open aperture of f8 and auto ISO was 1250. The lens was zoomed to the 560 mm max.
