A few weeks back I noticed some photos on Facebook featuring Glenbarrow Waterfall and the general area. So, when we had some spare time on the way back from Lough Borra I suggested checking it out. It is a lovely location for photographers and there are many compositions available as you walk along the river towards the waterfall. This particular shot was not the best but gives a distant view of the waterfall. I found the rocks in front of it a challenge and without wellies I couldn't wade to a better location.
Equipment wise I used the Canon 14-35 RF lens on the R6 and had a polarizor and soft grad filter attached. I needed to use a tripod (my new Peak Design lightweight) for stability. I set the ISO to 100, and had a 3 sec shutter with f22 aperature. I was really happy with the first use of the tripod. It was really light and the head was really easy to use with the ability to easily take a portrait perspective.
